Step-by-Step Guide for the Ultimate Bath Experience:
Prepare Your Bath: Start by filling your bathtub with warm water at your desired temperature. The warmth will help to relax your muscles and open up your pores.
Add Bath Salts: Once your tub is filled, add a generous scoop (approximately 1/4 to 1/2 cup) of our aromatherapy bath salts into the water. For an extra luxurious experience, you can add a bit more.
Stir to Dissolve: Use your hand to gently stir the water, helping the salts to dissolve and the essential oils to disperse throughout the bath.
Immerse Yourself: Step into the bath, lie back, and allow yourself to fully immerse in the water. Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and let the soothing aromas envelop you.
Relax and Soak: Spend at least 20-30 minutes soaking in the bath. This time allows the salts and essential oils to work their magic, helping to relax your muscles, ease tension, and rejuvenate your mind and body.
