Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, therefore all sales are final. 

We do not offer any exchanges/refunds or credits on products purchased from our retailers.

We will not refund any shipping or portion of your order if you miss putting in a promotional code at checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
